This course is run in a workshop style, with case studies and group exercises. During the day we will consider many of the key tools for success in leadership and team building, including communication & feedback, team structure & setup, organisation and leadership techniques. If you are an aspiring leader or experienced but want to assess and improve your and your teams' performance, this course will provide you with the necessary skills.

Partnering and supply chain management requires new skills of leadership, teamwork and honesty. This course introduces the new behaviours and gives delegates the skills to evaluate and develop people with the skills for collaboration.
