The terms of use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change by CWC at any time on a prospective basis upon notice to Users. Any User's use of this Site following such notice shall indicate the User's acceptance of the new terms and conditions. CWC may provide notice to Users by email or by a general posting (indicated by the word "Notice") on this Site.
8. Registration
The details provided by you on registration or at any time are important. The registered user undertakes to ensure that they are correct and complete. You undertake to inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
9. Password and Security
When you register to use the CWC website you will be sent a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. Please note that you will be responsible for activities under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately.
10. Privacy
- We treat your privacy seriously and we understand that you would wish to know how we shall use the information we collect from your use of the CWC site. Please see our Privacy Statement which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.
- CWC is not responsible for privacy practices of third party websites linked to this Site. CWC undertakes not to disclose any of your personal information to third parties. CWC follows strict security procedures in the storage of your personal information to prevent unauthorised access.
11. Copyrights and Trademarks
All Content and materials on this Site, save where otherwise expressed, are subject to copyright and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. No logo, graphic, text, sound or image from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without CWC's prior written permission. Except as expressly provided herein, CWC does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights or trademarks.
12. Events Refund Policy
Payment: Payment of the full delegate fees should be made at the time of registration. If payment is not made at this time, an invoice will be issued and must be paid immediately and in any case prior to the day of the event. If payment is not received before the event date, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment via credit card on the day.
Cancellation: Delegates may cancel their registration and receive the return of the registration fees paid less 50% thereof providing they notify CWC in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. Unfortunately cancellations after this time frame will be charged the full registration and the full invoice total will be payable.
Substitutions: Substitution of delegates is welcome at any time prior to the event day, provided it is in writing to CWC. Two or more delegates may not 'share' a place at the event.It may be necessary, for any reason beyond the control of CWC, to amend the programme, date, timing, content, speakers and venue. CWC reserves the right to cancel the conference or any part of it reasonably beyond its control. In the unfortunate circumstance that the event is cancelled, no liability is assumed by CWC for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.
