Why Use CWC?
The facts have been proven time and time again - working as a truly collaborative team can cut almost a third off the cost of a construction project.
And it's not just cost; the Government's figures show that two thirds of construction projects continue to exceed tender price and a staggering 70 percent are delivered late.
Some of the UK's leading Clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers have changed the way they work. The rewards have been dramatic. CWC services have been developed to help the rest of the industry to follow their example.
When we support project teams, we leave our Clients with the skills, knowledge and confidence they require to lead their teams - and to continue reaping the enormous benefits of collaborative working.
