Sir Michael Latham: is chairman of CWC and author of the landmark 'Constructing the Team' report. He chaired the 2004 government enquiry into the working of the 1996 Construction Act and was an MP from 1974 to 1992. Dr Neil Jarrett: is CEO of CWC and a Chartered Civil Engineer. He has been a business management consultant since 1997 providing support to government and major public and private sector clients. Vaughan Burnand: is a Non Executive Director of CWC. He is a successful Chief Executive with a proven track record of business growth and change management in the construction sector, implementing new and modern business practices. David Bucknall Joe Dowling: Deputy CEO and Director with 20 years experience in design and construction project management. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a business management degree and experience across Client, contractor & design teams. Paul Daniels: is MD of CWL&M. He has over 25 years' experience in consultancy across the life-cycle of developments & estates on many public and private projects. Richard O'Connor: Non Executive Director with 15 years experience implementing business change and delivering Lean and continuous improvement programmes across the automotive, construction, manufacturing and process industries. CWC includes a team of over fifty specialist consultants and associates supporting the overall delivery of projects.
